In First Aid courses they use medical training devices, which are called Torso-Puppets to train the Heart-Lung-Reanimation, the chest of the puppet has a realistic function that shows the instructor if the trainee is doing everything right. If you train the cardiac massage the chest of the puppet will give you the right pressure back so you can train the right way of a ranimation.
