The reusable cold warm compress from Lifemed® is available in three different sizes.
The reusable cold & warm compress with gel filling adapts flexibly to the contours of the body and, as a Lifemed® medical product, covers a wide range of indications.
As a cold compress decongestant and pain relieving, among others, for: Bruises, sprains, swellings, bruises, insect bites and toothache. Store in the freezer for approx. 2 hours before cold application.
As a warm compress soothing and pain relieving for, among other things: Back pain, tension, sore muscles, wear and tear and non-inflammatory rheumatic complaints. Before warm application, place compress in a hot water bath for approx. 4 minutes. Alternatively, fill microwavable container with water so that the compress is fully covered. Heat the compress with the container in the microwave for approx. 1 minute.
Note: For external use only. Always place a cloth between the compress and the skin. Do not use for longer than 20 minutes. Pause for 30 minutes between applications. For
