The compact DermaPlast® Active Instant Ice compress from Hartmann must not be missing in any sports bag. It is used for immediate and long-lasting cooling in sports injuries.

It can be used for pain caused by bruises, strains, sprains and swelling. It reduces this pain and reduces swelling. Then, if necessary, continue with further treatments.

The cooling of the compress lasts for 30 minutes and is triggered by a pressure on the middle of the cooling bag. It is therefore only usable once and must be disposed of afterwards.
