Hydrocoll thin Hartmann, a sterile, good absorbent hydrocolloid dressing preferably takes place in the epithelization application.

Hydrocoll thin, the thinner Association of the Hydrocoll series by Hartmann is less absorbent, self-adhesive semi-permeable, germ-dense top layer. He effected by gel conversion of hydrocolloid dressing shares a moist wound environment, wherein the gel is absorbent until the hydrocolloids are saturated. It promotes epithelialization and must be removed without wound irritation.
